What's New

  • Redesigned the Received Connect application interface to display more information and improve usability

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the recipient’s locker access code would fail to be displayed on the Item Details page after the item expired in its locker

  • Added the ability to configure automatic sending of items to recipients. This setting is located in Mailroom > Settings > Auto-Send.

  • Added the ability to scan a recipient’s QR code to automatically apply a Recipient filter on the Active Items page, Storage Group contents page, Pending Requests page, and Search page
    • When a Recipient filter is applied, the Pick Up with QR Code and Deliver with QR Code actions no longer require scanning the recipient’s QR code to complete
  • Added the recipient’s QR code to the Mail Ready for Pickup, Package Ready for Pickup, and Pickup Scheduled notification templates when proof of pickup is enabled
  • Added the ability to manage Received Connect installations within Received Digital, view connection status, and change your connection
    • Added a Received Connect icon to the header, visible to users with the Mailroom or Admin role, that displays connection status

  • Added the ability for companies integrated to lockers to manage connected locker banks and limit which locker banks a recipient can receive items in
    • Added a Lockers tab to the Mailroom page for managing connected locker banks
    • Added the ability to limit which locker banks a recipient can receive items in from the Create/Edit User page and with a user upload file
    • Added the ability to display a user’s assigned locker banks on the assignment card. This setting is located in Mailroom > Receive > Assignment Card Information.

  • Fixed an issue where package labels that contained multiple barcodes with the same value but different formats resulted in the item being identified as a duplicate
  • Fixed an issue where the results count was displayed on the Receive page, Active Items page, and Storage Groups page even when no filters were applied

    • Added a setting that allows the user to control the behavior of label printing when starting a new receive session

  • Added a new page to the Administration section called Groups, where users with the Admin role can create and manage groups of users
    • Added the ability to apply an automation to a group
    • Added the ability to display a user’s group memberships on the assignment card. This setting is located in Mailroom > Receive > Assignment Card Information.
    • Added the ability to assign users to groups with a user upload file
    • Added the ability to display a Recipient Groups column on the Active Items page, Storage Group contents page, Pending Requests page, and Search page
  • Added an Additional Options section to all dialogs that appear when a mailroom operator completes a request. This section contains settings relevant to the request completion.
    • Added the ability for mailroom operators to leave a comment when completing requests
    • Added the ability for users with the Admin role to prevent a notification from being sent to the recipient when completing requests
  • Modified the Forward action dialog to include the new Additional Options section

What's New

  • The Review Items page has been redesigned to provide more detail and better clarity on the state of items
    • Assignment issues are now reported independently of tracking number issues. Assignment issues will fall into one of two categories: Require Validation or Unassigned.
    • Tracking number issues will now fall into one of two categories: Missing Tracking or Duplicate Tracking
    • Items that are still being processed are now reported in the new summary section
  • The icons at the bottom of the cards on the Receive page have been updated to match the new categories on the Review Items page
  • Added a new setting to Mailroom > Receive that gives users with the Admin role the ability to configure which user information appears in the assignment card (the card that’s displayed on top of the image and at the top of the Assign drawer when an item is assigned or validation is required)
  • Adjusted the styling of the assignment card displayed when receiving items to improve readability and consistency
  • When populated, a user’s Auto-Assign ID will now appear in the user list within the Assign drawer and in various tables, including on the Users page, Active Items page, Storage Group contents page, Pending Requests page, and Search page

    • Changed the behavior of the Location filter so that when a Route is selected, only Locations within that Route are displayed in the dropdown
    • Added a count next to each Location in the dropdown that indicates the number of items with Deliver requests for that Location. Locations that don’t have any items with Deliver requests will no longer appear in the dropdown.
  • On the Mailroom page, various settings within the Settings tab have been moved to the Receive tab to improve clarity and consistency
  • Enhanced the format and content of the data exported from the Search page to improve usability
    • The order and headings of the columns in the data exported from the Search page are now more consistent with the way the user arranges them in the UI prior to exporting
    • When the Recipient column is displayed in the Search page table, the exported data will now include a Recipient Email column in addition to the columns included previously
  • Added the ability for users with the Mailroom role to search for an item by scanning the QR code on the item’s label printed from Received Digital (requires label printing functionality)
  • Added the ability to select multiple users within the Received By filter on the Active Items page and Search page
  • Enhanced the search functionality on the Active Items page, Pending Requests page, and Search page so you can now search for multiple recipients at once by separating their names with commas
  • When navigating to the Active Items page or Search page, the search field will now automatically be put into focus, allowing it to be populated when a recipient scans their ID card without any action from the mailroom operator
  • Updated the label of the “Notify Mailroom” switch in the Request Pickup dialog to improve clarity
  • Improved accessibility and interaction consistency of various UI elements in the application

  • Fixed an issue were some items would continue to appear in the New section of the recipient’s inbox after pickup was completed with signature
  • Fixed an issue where the recipient counts displayed on the Route page and Edit Route page were inaccurate
  • Fixed an issue where some columns would appear in the data exported from the Search page even when they weren’t selected within the Columns drawer in the UI
  • Fixed an issue that occurred on the Review Items page where the popover that contained additional actions, including delete, would not close after deleting an item
  • Fixed an issue where double clicking on the upload field on the Upload Images page would result in duplication of any images previously uploaded
  • Fixed an issue where removing the Location ID column from the Pending Requests table resulted in some actions being hidden within the action popover
  • Fixed an issue where users with only the Admin role could receive email notifications for items that were escalated
  • Fixed an issue where the Supervisor card on the Edit User page would remain empty even after selecting a user and applying the change within the Supervisor drawer
  • Fixed an issue where assigning an item from the Item Details page caused all popover menu options for that item to become unselectable
