What’s New:

• The Location ID for packages received with the Location or Carrier workflow no longer includes an automatically generated spot number when the Spot field is left blank

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where choosing to clear the User ID, Auto-Assign ID, and Locker System User ID for inactivated users when updating users with a user upload file also cleared the other user fields selected on the Configure Preferences step, such as phone number and location

What’s New:

• Added the ability to change an item’s workflow before the item is sent
  • Changed the title of the Location drawer to Storage Location and changed the tooltip for its icon button from Edit Location to Edit Storage Location
  • Added a Workflow section to the Storage Location drawer where you can select the workflow for the item
  • The Edit Storage Location icon button is now available for all workflows, including High Density Mail, Mailbox, and Lockers
  • Added a label above the Location ID within the drawer and adjusted the value so it always reflects the item’s current Location ID, including the spot number
• Added the ability to clear the User ID, Auto-Assign ID, and Locker System User ID for inactivated users when they conflict with the values in a user upload file
  • Added a new switch to the Configure Preferences step on the Upload Users page that controls this behavior
• When updating users with a user upload file, choosing to clear the User ID and Auto-Assign ID for inactivated users now clears the Locker System User ID for those users as well. This applies to companies with locker integration enabled.
• Added a label printing event to an item’s event history that records when a label was printed and the user who printed it

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where reminder and escalation notifications were sometimes not sent
• Fixed an issue where deleting an item during a receive session caused the label of the previously captured item to be printed again when automatic label printing was enabled
• Fixed an issue where a user’s location was displayed next to their name in the Assistants card on the Edit User page immediately after adding assistants
• Fixed an issue that occurred for some locker integrations where changing a package’s tracking number could leave the package without a reserved locker
• Fixed an issue where the Start Receiving button could be clicked while the system was still checking for existing storage groups with the name entered, resulting in that name not being applied to the items received
• Fixed an issue where the logo at the top of email notifications was not displayed in some email clients

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where the dialog that appears when completing a Forward request from the Pending Requests page did not display the recipient’s name above their address
• Fixed an issue where the “Forward To” information was not displayed on the Item Details page when a member of a group requested the Forward action for an item assigned to that group

What’s New:

• Renamed two of the actions available to recipients for better clarity
  • The Mail action is now called Forward
  • The Forward action is now called Redirect
  • Updated notification templates, item history events, settings, and other references to reflect the new action names
• Added the ability for companies with locker integration enabled to see the locker status of a package
  • Added Locker Status to the list of available columns on the Items page, storage group contents page, and Search page. Statuses include Pending, Ready to Load, In Locker, Expired, Not Ready, Unloaded, and Failed.
  • Added a Locker Status filter to the Filters drawer on the Items page and Search page
  • Added the locker status to the Item Details page for users with the Mailroom role
• Improved the Tracking Numbers drawer with more detail and better clarity
  • Added the tracking number type above each tracking number value
  • Added categories to separate tracking numbers by their source—Automatically Identified, System Generated, or Manually Added
  • Adjusted the styling of the carrier label for a tracking number to improve usability

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where choosing to clear the User ID and Auto-Assign ID for inactivated users when updating users with a user upload file did not actually clear their Auto-Assign ID
• Fixed an issue where forcing the Forward action (previously Mail) for an item displayed the mailroom operator’s addresses in the Request Mailing dialog rather than the recipient’s addresses. Adding a new address within the dialog now saves the address to the recipient as well.
• Fixed an issue where the Forward action (previously Mail) was available when forcing or changing a request for an item assigned to a group or for multiple items with different recipients. This action is now properly disabled.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where Auto-Assign would sometimes successfully assign an item to the incorrect recipient when the recipient address block contained generic text, such as “Valued Customer”, following “Attention” or “Attn”

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue that occurred for some locker integrations where the Package Ready for Pickup from Locker and Package Waiting in Locker email notifications failed to display a value for the Locker Bank Name and Locker Bank Location variables when they were used

What’s New:

• Added the ability to apply an automation to assignable groups from the Create Automation and Edit Automation pages
  • The All recipients option in the Recipients section now causes the automation to apply to all assignable groups in addition to regular recipients
  • Assignable groups now appear in the recipient list when selecting the recipients to exclude from an automation with the All recipients option selected
  • Assignable groups now appear in the recipient list when selecting the recipients to include in an automation with the Specific recipients option selected
  • Changed the label and description of the last option in the Recipients section so it applies only to the members of a group and not to the group itself
• Added a Recipient Groups filter to the Filters drawer on the Items page and Search page

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where the dialog that appears when deleting an automation was titled “Delete group”
• Fixed an issue on the Create Automation page where the All recipients option appeared available but could not be selected when an automation already existed for all recipients for the selected item type. This option is now properly disabled, and a tooltip explains why it’s unavailable.
• Fixed an issue where the Stored event did not include the item's spot number
• Fixed an issue where searching for a user when applying the Received By filter on the Items page or Search page did not work

What’s New:

• Added the ability for companies with locker integration enabled to set the Lockers workflow as their default workflow for receiving packages. This setting is located in Mailroom > Receive > Default Package Workflow.
• The default state of the switch for controlling the welcome email on the Create User page is now controlled by the setting in Company > Notifications > Welcome Email Default
• Improved performance on the Dashboard
• Various accessibility improvements

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where searching by User ID within the Assign drawer did not work
• Fixed an issue where uploading users without a value in the Phone column caused those users to appear in the Updated category on the Review step, even when no change was made
• Fixed an issue that occurred for some locker integrations where a package removed from a locker by a mailroom operator was treated as a recipient pickup
• Fixed various visual issues that could occur on the Storage Groups page when storage groups were being loaded

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where items unloaded from a locker were being archived automatically
• Fixed an issue where clicking an item’s image thumbnail on the Pending Requests page navigated the user to the Item Details page in a way that prevented the user from being able to navigate back to the Pending Requests page using the Back button on the page or the browser back button
