  • Fixed an issue where creating a new receive session and then exiting to the Receive page would result in that new session not being displayed in the list
  • Fixed an issue where the send button in the send items dialog didn’t show a loading state when sending was in progress
  • Fixed an issue where the new item email notification for recipients included the original uncropped version of the image even when the mailroom cropped it
  • Fixed an issue where unassigned items were being displayed twice within the Unassigned category when returning to a receive session that was in progress
  • Fixed an issue where some items would fail to be created when uploading many images at once using the Upload Images capture method

What's New

  • Users with the Mailroom role will no longer receive pending request email notifications for items that were actioned by a Pick Up automation

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where sending multiple items at once to a recipient with a Pick Up automation set was causing them to receive a bunch of duplicate email notifications
  • Fixed an issue where specific validation errors were not being displayed properly when importing users

What's New

  • Changed the Receive page to now display your receive sessions. A receive session refers to a series of items that are received together. Clicking on a receive session allows the user to return to the Review Items page associated with that session.
  • Moved the “start receiving” configuration form from the Receive page to be the first step of the capture process
  • Reformatted the Receive tab on the Mailroom page for better clarity
  • Reformatted the Actions tab on the Mailroom page for better clarity
  • Reformatted the initial setup process on the Receive page for better clarity (this refers to the series of questions the user is asked when they go to the Receive page for the first time in the application)
  • Cropping can now be configured to happen automatically for mail after an image is taken. When enabled, you still have the ability to make any manual adjustments by clicking the crop/rotate icon at the top right of the screen. Go to the Settings tab on the Mailroom page to control this setting.
  • Removed the ability for recipients to modify the User ID field within their profile. This field is now view-only for recipients, and can only be modified by users with the Admin role.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the assign icon would temporarily turn red before turning green when Auto-Assign was successful
  • Fixed an issue where entering a phone number in an invalid format on the Create User page resulted in an error message of “Validation error.” It was unclear what this was referring to. The error state of the phone number field now matches the rest with a more clear message describing the format error.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where some users were receiving reminder notifications about items that had already been actioned by an automation
  • Fixed an issue where opened and scanned items were being escalated even after recipients viewed the opened and scanned documents after the reminder notification

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where some users were receiving an error when trying to create a new automation. The error reported that the selected recipients already had an automation applied for the given item type when they actually did not.

What's New

  • Added two new filter options to the Active Items page that allow users to filter by assignment status (assigned or unassigned) and storage status (stored or unstored)

  • Added alerts to the Active Items and Active Storage Groups pages that alert the user when any items are unstored or unassigned
  • Added an alert to the Upload Images page to suggest that users should upload no more than 50 images at a time for best performance
  • Added item images to the “New mail ready for pickup” email (the email that is sent to recipients when items are received and Pick Up is set up as an automation)
  • On the Active Items and Active Storage Groups pages, your filters, column sorting preferences, and page navigation are now saved. This means when you exit either of these pages, your preferences will still be applied when you return.
  • When you’re redirected to the Active Items page after you’ve finished receiving new items, a filter will now be applied to show you only unsent items. This makes it easier to see exactly what you just received as well as any other items that need to be sent.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the delete button would not show a loading state when items were deleted. This allowed for users to click the button more than once which caused an error message to appear.

    • Reformatted the way an item is assigned to a recipient for better usability.
    • A message now alerts the user about who the item was assigned to when Auto-Assign is successful.
    • For items captured with the Date Received workflow, you can now see the storage group’s sorting order as you’re capturing items by clicking the Edit Location icon.
    • In addition to adding a comment to an item, the Comments drawer now also shows you all the comments associated with that particular item.
    • Items are no longer required to be cropped or assigned before continuing to image the next item. You can now capture images in rapid succession if you desire by clicking the Continue button in the top right.
  • Added a new page called “Review Items” at the end of the capturing process. Here, you’ll see a full summary of all the items you just captured organized by their assignment status: Assigned, Validate, or Unassigned.
