Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where Auto-Assign would sometimes successfully assign an item to the incorrect recipient when the recipient address block contained generic text, such as “Valued Customer”, following “Attention” or “Attn”

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue that occurred for some locker integrations where the Package Ready for Pickup from Locker and Package Waiting in Locker email notifications failed to display a value for the Locker Bank Name and Locker Bank Location variables when they were used

What’s New:

• Added the ability to apply an automation to assignable groups from the Create Automation and Edit Automation pages
  • The All recipients option in the Recipients section now causes the automation to apply to all assignable groups in addition to regular recipients
  • Assignable groups now appear in the recipient list when selecting the recipients to exclude from an automation with the All recipients option selected
  • Assignable groups now appear in the recipient list when selecting the recipients to include in an automation with the Specific recipients option selected
  • Changed the label and description of the last option in the Recipients section so it applies only to the members of a group and not to the group itself
• Added a Recipient Groups filter to the Filters drawer on the Items page and Search page

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where the dialog that appears when deleting an automation was titled “Delete group”
• Fixed an issue on the Create Automation page where the All recipients option appeared available but could not be selected when an automation already existed for all recipients for the selected item type. This option is now properly disabled, and a tooltip explains why it’s unavailable.
• Fixed an issue where the Stored event did not include the item's spot number
• Fixed an issue where searching for a user when applying the Received By filter on the Items page or Search page did not work

What’s New:

• Added the ability for companies with locker integration enabled to set the Lockers workflow as their default workflow for receiving packages. This setting is located in Mailroom > Receive > Default Package Workflow.
• The default state of the switch for controlling the welcome email on the Create User page is now controlled by the setting in Company > Notifications > Welcome Email Default
• Improved performance on the Dashboard
• Various accessibility improvements

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where searching by User ID within the Assign drawer did not work
• Fixed an issue where uploading users without a value in the Phone column caused those users to appear in the Updated category on the Review step, even when no change was made
• Fixed an issue that occurred for some locker integrations where a package removed from a locker by a mailroom operator was treated as a recipient pickup
• Fixed various visual issues that could occur on the Storage Groups page when storage groups were being loaded

• Fixed an issue where items unloaded from a locker were being archived automatically
• Fixed an issue where clicking an item’s image thumbnail on the Pending Requests page navigated the user to the Item Details page in a way that prevented the user from being able to navigate back to the Pending Requests page using the Back button on the page or the browser back button

What’s New:

• Added support for using a handheld barcode scanner to validate packages before completing a request, in addition to the device camera
  • Added Camera and Scanner toggle buttons to the header of the Validate Items page that allow the user to switch between scanning methods
  • The Package Validation section in Mailroom > Settings is now available to all companies rather than only companies with label printing enabled
• Changed the behavior of Auto-Send so eligible items are sent based on each operator’s activity rather than activity across the entire mailroom
  • Updated the text for the Auto-Send settings in Mailroom > Settings > Auto-Send to reflect the change in behavior

What’s New:

• Adjusted the appearance of the Sort By button on the Receive page and the Storage Groups page to improve usability

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue on the Storage Groups page where sorting storage groups by Name (A–Z) or Name (Z–A) sorted them in the order opposite the one selected
• Fixed a visual issue with the Auto-Assign ID option in the Recipient Reference Format field dropdown in Mailroom > Settings > Location ID Format
• Fixed an issue on the Storage Groups page where the storage group names would not update until the page was refreshed after changing the Recipient Reference Format field to Auto-Assign ID

• Added the ability to sort storage groups by name or date created on the Storage Groups page
